Our 500 hr. E-RYT will come to your location for a 90 minute private session. This option is great for those who want to deepen their practice in the comfort of their own home or even bring Yoga into the office environment!

Group rates are also available for private small class instruction. Great for families!

Instructor, Micahla Cowles, 500 E-RYT with over 20 years of experience in various styles of Yoga practice specializing in Yin Yoga.

You must supply all of your own mats, blocks, blankets and bolsters.
